Made with two tone top grain 5-6 oz brown leather for the vintage look. Aluminum stiffener down the center stops armguard from curling. Three point stretch cords and brass hook attachments for easy adjustment.

Why do some armguards have a stiffener built into them? A built-in stiffener helps an armguard maintain its shape and resist curling over time. By keeping the guard flat against the forearm, it provides more consistent protection from string slap and can make the armguard easier to put on and adjust. Many archers appreciate the added durability and stability that a stiff-backed design provides.
