VAPOR LINE Tethers are engineered to deliver serious strength and durability in a compact, packable form. They compress down small in your kit, come equipped with a premium carabiner, and arrive ready for smooth, one-handed operation—so you can stay efficient in the tree without adding bulk or complexity to your setup.

At the core is a proprietary Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) blend—an advanced material known for extreme strength-to-weight performance. Pound for pound, it outperforms steel, resists water absorption entirely, and even floats. Around that core is a tightly woven, high-tenacity polyester sheath built to handle abrasion, UV exposure, and the elements while naturally shedding moisture.

Every VAPOR LINE rope is independently tested to meet Cordage Institute (CI) 1801-07 standards, as referenced by ASTM 2116 for low-stretch, static kernmantle life safety rope—giving you confidence where it counts most.
