At the core is a proprietary Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) blend that offers outstanding strength while resisting water absorption. A tightly woven, high-tenacity polyester sheath provides excellent abrasion resistance, UV protection, and reliable performance in wet conditions.

Every Vapor Lineman Rope is independently tested to Cordage Institute (CI) 1801-07 standards, as referenced by ASTM 2116 for low-stretch and static kernmantle life safety rope, verifying breaking strength, elongation, diameter, and knot performance.
