Mountain men, explorers, and pioneers all took possibles bags on their adventures. These bags allowed them to carry muzzleloading supplies such as powder, lead balls, measurers, and patches, as well as knives, flint and steel, and more.
This kit comes with the basic components you need to craft a quality leather possibles bag. You will need to provide your own leather working shears, leather punch, leather lacing fid, leather lacing needle, and spray adhesive.
Full instructions and patterns are provided. This is a fun and rewarding project for reenactors, leatherworkers, and do-it-yourselfers. Makes for a great "rainy day" project for parents and kids.
