More Return Info

All requests will be processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days upon receipt of your package at our store in Ashley, Indiana. Please allow for additional time, up to five (5) business days, after holidays.

Please include the following with the items you are sending back:

Simply grab a piece of paper and write down at least one of the following:

Your order number (see your order confirmation email. It will be in the subject line and/or in the top right of the content)
Your name, complete address (billing and shipping if different), and contact information (phone number and email address)

If exchanging, please note the following:

Items (name and item number) you would like to exchange

Reason for exchange (changed mind, wrong size, etc.)

Any additional items you may want to purchase (if purchasing additional items please enclose check or credit card information)

If returning, please note the reason for the return.

Once you have this information filled out, put it in the box along with the item(s) to be returned and ship them to us at the address below.
