As it penetrates, the single-bevel blade rotates, helping create larger wound channels and excellent blood trails.
The fixed 2-blade design features BuzzCut serrations that aggressively slice through hide, tissue, and sinew for outstanding cutting performance. The razor-sharp blades measure 1" wide by 1-1/2" long and are available in two thicknesses: 0.047" for the 125-grain model and 0.059" for the 150-grain model. A cut-on-contact tanto tip begins cutting immediately on impact, while the blades can be hand sharpened or replaced for dependable performance season after season.
Steel blades and an 11/32" diameter aluminum ferrule provide an excellent balance of strength and weight, while the standard 8-32 thread fits most inserts and outserts.
