Pair these limbs with your XAKT metal riser. The innovative pivot lock limb adjustment allows for lateral limb adjustments while the bow is fully strung, then locks down for solid dependability. The stainless steel tiller boots and tiller bolt locking screws ensure stability, consistency, and balance.

Earl Hoyt is a legend in the archery industry. He is the innovator of the widely used ILF system, and his special brand of archery geometry is still utilized today in the design of many modern Hoyt bows.

Hoyt XAKT recurve limbs are smooth, fast, and accurate. Features a dual maple core with carbon, surrounded by black fiberglass. The Hoyt XAKT Grand Prix logo is featured on both the back and belly. Available in short (66" bow), medium (68" bow), and long (70" bow) in pull weights of 20# to 38# in 2# increments.

Includes a free Hoyt keychain, Hoyt decal, and nylon limb sleeves with padded interior and Velcro® closure.

ILF stands for "International Limb Fitting." The ILF system has been widely used since its development in the mid-1980s because of its capacity for fine-tuning, as well as its adaptability. You can swap out different pull weights, lengths, and styles of limbs on the riser quickly and easily due to the no-tools assembly. You can even mix and match sets of limbs and risers from different manufacturers, as long as they are ILF compatible.

Bow stringer not included. A bow stringer is recommended for stringing any recurve bow or longbow. Stringing a bow without a bow stringer, or stringing it backwards will void a bow's warranty. Click here to see our Bow Stringers. It is recommended to unstring your bow if you do not plan to be shooting more than week. Store your bow on its side, or hanging vertically from a peg. Never rest the bow on the lower tip for extended periods of time. Never dry fire the bow (shooting without an arrow).

Draw weight is marked at the nearest 5# increment to actual weight, (2#'s under and 3#'s over). This is an industry wide standard.
