The thicker quill means durability and a stronger hold for the fletching glue. Cut these full length feathers to your preferred style. Parabolic, shield, banana... whatever you like. We offer them in a variety of patterns, from bright colors for easier recovery, to muted tones for blending in.
Available in full length (approximately 11" long x 1-ΒΌ" high), in dozens or 100-packs in Right Wing or Left Wing. Choose from Tre Bark, Tre Red, Tre Green, Tre Brown, Tre Yellow, Tre Orange, Tre Blue, or Tre Purple.
You can get a Feather Chopper to create different fletchings for your arrows. The length of your fletching determines how many you can get from one full length feather. The normal is one as you should make your fletching from the center of the feather where thequill is the most uniform.
What Wing Feather to Shoot?
It is an old belief that a Right handed (RH) shooter must shoot Left wing (LW) so the arrow spins away from the riser on release. This is not the case. An arrow only starts spinning once it is several feet in front of the bow, so feel free to shoot Left or Right wing.
