Fred has been using this shooting tab for the past 20+ years. Made custom for him by E.W. Bateman.

Made from thin Cordovan leather for smooth, quick releases. Backed with thin piece of rubber to improve durability. The tab is topped with a high quality leather overlay for form retention, and is stamped with Fred's signature. No finger spacer offers a superb feel. Designed to be Very thin, approximately 1/8", at the fingertips. Color may vary.

Available in right and left handed in sizes Medium, Large, and X-Large. Please specify.

Why do some archers prefer a shooting tab without a finger spacer? Many traditional archers appreciate the increased feel and string awareness that comes from shooting a tab without a finger spacer. The simpler design allows the fingers to rest naturally against one another, which some shooters find improves comfort and provides a more direct connection to the shot. Preference varies, but many instinctive and hunting archers favor the added sensitivity of a spacer-free tab.
