How should an armguard fit for the best protection? An armguard should fit snugly enough to stay in place during the shot, but not so tightly that it restricts circulation or movement. Proper coverage of the inside of the forearm helps prevent string slap, and adjustable designs make it easy to achieve a comfortable fit whether worn on a bare arm or over heavier clothing.
