Standard Shipping Method
Our "Standard Shipping" method will send your package(s) one of three ways: UPS, Priority Mail, or First Class Mail. Depending upon your package(s) size, weight, and distance to travel are factors on choosing how the package(s) will ship. Delivery time will range from 7 to 10 business days. If you would like to specify UPS as the carrier add an additional $5.00 to shipping.
OVERSIZED ORDERS will be at EXACT shipping plus a $5.00 handling charge. We can not predict shipping as it relies on dimensions, package weight and distance traveling. Please add a comment to your order if you would like us to call you before shipping.

The chart above is a display of how many business days it will approximately take for your package to be delivered to you, by UPS, once your order has left our warehouse. Map from www.ups.com

Priority Mail
Priority Mail is normally a 2-3 day service. The vast majority of Priority Mail is scheduled for delivery within two days, with some volume delivered overnight. Priority Mail rates can be determined by weight and travel distance or by using Priority Mail products which have a fixed rate regardless of distance. According to www.usps.com

First-Class Mail
First-Class Mail includes cards, letters, flat envelopes, and any parcels weighing less than 13 ounces. First-Class Mail rates are the same regardless how far the mail travels. According to www.usps.com

Fast Service
We try to ship all in-stock orders placed by noon, the same day. Backorders should ship within 30 days.

Delivery by UPS: Specify Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, or 3rd Day Air. Payment of order must be by credit card. Shipping & Handling charges will be added to your order at time of processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipping charges are calculated at time of shipment. We charge the ACTUAL COST OF THE SHIPPING/INSURANCE plus a $5.00 surcharge. The shipping rate listed in the shopping cart is the starting rate and varies by destination and package size. Both the United States Postal Service and UPS are used as carriers.

First Class Mail International is only available if the package weighs less than 4lbs and is less than 24" in length/width. All packages with a requested carrier method of First Class Mail International weighing more than 4lbs or measuring more than 24" will instead be shipped Priority Mail International. This typically means a minimum of at least $30 shipping internationally (customers in some countries will pay more). Payment in US funds, credit card only.

All first time orders over $100.00 US dollars may be selected to ship UPS international unless payment is received via PayPal (email Orders@3RiversArchery.com for details). Import duties are the responsibility of the purchaser. Per US shipping regulations, no flammables may be shipped overseas. This includes glues, lacquers, paints, thinners, etc. Please note: We are often asked by international customers to supply them with a second invoice that shows a lower value of goods purchased. We do not allow this. Please do not ask us to do that for you. We thank you in advance. International Orders please allow six (6) weeks for delivery.

DAMAGED SHIPMENTS:
Please call customer service (866-587-9501) immediately.

PLEASE NOTE:
UPS has a fee for readdressing a package. If you ask UPS to deliver a package to an address other than the one you have supplied us with, then UPS will charge us $12.35 and we will charge you $12.35. Please supply us with the address you wish your package to be shipped to - Commercial address recommended.

Additional freight fees may apply to extra heavy, oversized packages, or multiple package shipments.

Many items are marked both in our catalog and on our site with our oversized/heavyweight image and/or the words, "Extra shipping required" or "Extra handling required." When ordering these items the rate chart used for regular orders will be ignored, and we will charge the exact shipping/insurance cost plus a $5.00 handling fee.

Any package with a length of 60" or longer will be assessed with a special $5.00 UPS surcharge. This is a fee that is above and beyond the oversized fee, if it applies. For instance, if an oversized package is charged the 30# shipping rate AND if it also has a "longest side" of 60" or more, then an ADDITIONAL $5.00 fee is added to the already higher Oversized Fee. This $5.00 fee does not apply to packages shipped via US Mail, but there is also an oversized rate for large packages being shipped via the US Mail. This means that no matter which company ships an oversized package for us, you are charged extra, above and beyond the normal shipping table rate, to ship those packages. We reserve the right to use whichever carrier we feel will save our customers on their shipping fees. We are looking out for the better interests of our customers, and that is Good Customer Service!

COD CASH is by UPS only. Currency is no longer accepted by UPS as a "cash" payment. Certified check, cashier's check, or money orders only. UPS charges a $12.00 fee that is to be added to your shipping & handling charge.

All flammables cannot be shipped by air (glues, lacquers, paints, thinners, etc.)

A $50.00 fee will be charged for returned checks.

 SPECIAL ORDER POLICY
For all Special Order Items there is a 50% non-refundable deposit that is due before we will place the order with the vendor. Once the order is placed we will send you a form to fill out, indicating your method of payment and your understanding that your 50% deposit is non-refundable.
 RETURN POLICY
We want to make sure you're completely satisfied with every product you ever buy from us. That's why we offer our 3Rivers Archery 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. Here's how it works. If, for any reason, you aren't satisfied with the merchandise you receive, you may return it in unused condition within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or a full refund (Of course you cover the return shipping, that is only fair). Returns accepted after 30 days may incur a 20% restocking charge (minimum $5.00 fee). Return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser. Post Office returns go to PO Box 517 only. We recommend delivery confirmation and insurance.

To make the process a bit easier, please include a note that describes why you're returning the item(s) and what you would like us to do for you as far as whether you'd prefer an exchange, a refund, or a store credit. It helps if you include a copy of your order, name, address, and phone number. DVDs may not be returned, except for defect and will only be replaced with new copy of same title. Items that have services applied; such as (but not limited to) cutting of shafts, mounting inserts, or custom fletch, may not be returned.

Are these items really in stock?
Our online inventory stock quantities are NOT real time.

We use an automated inventory update system that updates our "stock available" numbers once each hour. Since we also accept phone orders 24/7/365, it is possible that you may place an order online for an item that our website will show as available when it really isn't. It doesn't happen all that often, but it can. It is frustrating for all of us, but it is a fact of Internet life.

We promise, that we will attempt to contact you if that happens on any of your orders. We will attempt phone calls and/or emails depending on what contact information you have supplied us. If we can not get through to you, we will proceed as we believe you would want us to. This is a perfect example of why it's so important for us to have current contact information for anyone placing an order.

 COMPANY HISTORY
Humble Beginnings
In 1985, 3Rivers Archery began in a back bedroom, expanded to the garage, then moved to the basement level of a retail complex, with no heat! From there, 3Rivers grew into a 1,400 sq. ft. retail store in downtown Fort Wayne. A few years later, due to tremendous growth in the industry, we relocated a 10,000 sq. ft. warehouse. Conveniently located just off Hwy 69, and only 15 miles south of Interstate 80/90, it truly is easy to access. Tucked away in the Northeast corner of Indiana, it is ideally located between the states the largest concentration of hunters, Wisconsin, Michigan, Illinois, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
New Ownership
In 1999, Dale and Sandie Karch purchased the business from founder Steve Ferree. Sandie and Dale Karch are a motivated Christian couple from Wisconsin and were no strangers to traditional archery. Having owned and operated Wisconsin�s largest traditional archery shop, DMJ Archery, the move to the world�s largest was a natural progression.

Having done business with 3Rivers Archery for several years as a dealer, they knew about the great team already in place. So instead of moving the company to Wisconsin, they moved their family to Indiana.
