Bring an authentic touch to your traditional setup with these handcrafted self-nocked wood arrows. Ideal for primitive bowhunters, self bow enthusiasts, and anyone looking to complete a medieval or Renaissance faire archer ensemble, these arrows are as pleasing to the eye as they are effective in the field.
Each arrow is built from premium 11/32" Port Orford Cedar shafting, long regarded as one of the finest woods for traditional arrows. Port Orford Cedar offers moderate weight for excellent penetration and a flatter trajectory, while also allowing easy hand-straightening when needed. Every shaft is hand-spined in 5-pound groups and weight matched to within ±10 grains within each set. Total weight may vary between packs, but when ordering multiple sets, we will make every effort to match them as closely as possible.
Finished with a rich dark walnut stain and protective sealant, these arrows feature three 5" Traditional Only feathers in a classic arrangement of one white and two heavy barred brown. Artificial sinew wraps secure and lace the fletching for added durability and a distinctive primitive appearance. The cross-grain self nock is also reinforced with artificial sinew wrapping to provide extra strength and long-lasting performance.
