The cam-action head lock with metal gearing is built to last. You can choose between medium or coarse grinds with the two stainless steel grinding plates. Use the fast speed for grinding or the slow speed for stuffing. Has forward and reverse options. Make superb sausage, bratwurst, and salami with the sausage stuffing funnel. Use the large grinding tray and meat stomper to push the meat into the grinder.
