The Takedown Diamond Series gives you everything you are looking for in a longbow. Being a Diamond series adds Phenolic to the riser and a continuous strip of Carbon for more efficiency and speed. The exclusive no-tools Takedown system allows you to break your Tomahawk Bow® into 2 pieces for easy travel and storage all with adding next to nothing in additional weight from a 1-piece Diamond series Tomahawk. Simple design, yet fast, strong, and dependable. Designed by Michael Treadway, and adopted by Tomahawk Bows®.

Tomahawk Bows® are known for their impressive combination of speed, smoothness, and stability. The secret is in the design. Our unique "trapped" deflex/reflex limb profile and special core of two inner edge-grain laminations in addition to the two outer flat-grain laminations provide the ultimate combination of inner strength and outer beauty. Experience for yourself the shot stability, strength, and speed that only a Tomahawk Bow can deliver.

The Woodland Hunter is beautiful, naturally camouflaged model to stand out over the fireplace and on the target range, yet blend in as you take your first step into the woods with its "chameleon effect."

Riser: Heritage Walnut Dymondwood with black phenolic accents. Risers are cut approx 1/16" positive of center with a black calf hair rest and plate installed.
Limbs: Super Action Wood and Carbon between two Woodland Camo Super Action Wood laminations with Gordon's clear Bow-Tuff fiberglass, phenolic tip overlays.
Handle Accents: Yew with Heritage Walnut on top.
Grip: Brown Posi-Grip.
String: High-performance Fast Flight® Flemish twist string.

Choose from a left or right hand bow (choose based on what hand you Draw the bow string with), and bow weight at a 28" draw length. Remember that with a traditional bow the weight will change depending upon what your draw length is. Bow weight will change approximately ±2½ pounds for every inch from a bows rated draw length. So a bow rated 45# @ 28" bow is roughly a 42½# @ 27" or 48½# @ 29". Draw weight is marked at the nearest 5# increment to actual weight, (2#'s under and 3#'s over). This is an industry wide standard.

A bow stringer is recommended for stringing any recurve bow or longbow. Stringing a bow without a bow stringer, or stringing it backwards will void a bow's warranty. It is recommended to unstring your bow if you do not plan to be shooting more than week. Store your bow on its side, or hanging vertically from a peg. Never rest the bow on the lower tip for extended periods of time. Never dry fire the bow (shooting without an arrow).
