The 3Rivers youth bow and arrow set has been recommended by the Product Finder as introductory equipment for youth archers between the ages of 12 and 14 or 58” to 66” in height.

This kit is a great way to get started in archery and offers the Bullseye X Takedown Recurve youth bow by Bear Archery. The bow measures 54” in length with 29# pull at 24” draw and features an easy, no-tools assembly system, elevated rest, and bow. Young archers love using the same kind of traditional archery gear their parents use and this bow has a lot of those same great features.

Included in the kit

BOWSTRINGER:  Basic Bow Stringer.

Choose from a left or right handed bow (choose based on what hand you Draw the bow string with), and bow weight at a 28" draw length. Remember that with a traditional bow the weight will change depending upon what your draw length is. Bow weight will change approximately ±2½ pounds for every inch from a bows rated draw length. So a bow rated 45# @ 28" bow is roughly a 42½# @ 27" or 47½# @ 29". Draw weight is marked at the nearest 5# increment to actual weight, (2#'s under and 3#'s over). This is an industry wide standard.
