    I recently purchased the Arrow Dynamics Hammer Head shafts and was wondering if you can cut the length off the back of the shafts (Nock End) or do you have to cut length off the front of the shaft for tuning purposes?

      It is recommend that you cut the length from the point end of the shaft.

      The Hammer Head lite's are just over 32 inches in length uncut.

      It's hard to say, it's a tapered shaft, but my guess would be around 320grains.

    Can you shoot these arrows out of a compound bow? I know they are designed for long and recurve bows. If I match the spine weight to my poundage I believe they should work.

      You can use these out of your compound. You will need to match up the spine to the poundage of bow.

    Will the grizzly sitck brass inserts fit in these? If not how much of the arrow tip is exposed with the brass inserts sold for these arrows?

      The Grizzly Stick brass inserts will not fit into the Arrow Dynamics shafts. I am not sure what you are referring to with the arrow tip. The brass insert and the shaft line up pretty well. But, the point will be a little smaller than the shaft. The brass insert has a taper on it to create a smooth transition.

      You can but it will not hold to the shaft for a long time. It will flake off eventually.

    I am interested in the Hammerhead line. I shoot a silvertip with a weatherest. I have a 31" draw and the bow is 58# at 31" I will need to shoot the full length shaft. It seems I am right between two different shafts. Which would I choose to ensure I will tune well?

      The inserts are the same for all Arrow Dyanmics carbon shafts and they weigh approx 26 grains each.
