    I have some shafts but need the inserts and nocks what are my choices for each that you carry?

      The nocks are a Bohning Signature Nock, and the inserts are item number 'insertd-15'

      9.5 Grains per inch (gpi) - 35/55 - .500"
      10.0 Grains per inch (gpi) - 45/70- .400"
      11.5 Grains per inch (gpi) - 55/80 - .330"
