Yeah, that’s how it works. Just remember to actually buy the field points, put them in the cart, select the mounting service and you’re good to go!

Q:
Is there any way to get an insert installed in the fluflu
Asked on 10/4/2012 by Small gamer
Know the answer? Answer this question
2 answers
A:
You can not install a standard insert in a wooden arrow. You can however purchase the wood screw adapters 4364X and we can mount those on the arrows so that you can use a screw in point.
Answered on 10/5/2012 by Art from 3Rivers Archery
A:
You cannot readily install inserts for carbon or aluminium arrows onto wood shafted arrows, but the use of 11/32" Woodscrew Point Adapters, 4364X, achieves the same result permitting the use of screw-in points on wood arrows.

Q:
Typically How far do flu flu arrows go? I'm deciding whether I should go flu fly or regular, for survivalist purposes.
Asked on 6/26/2012 by Ronnie from CTown, CA
Know the answer? Answer this question
1 answer
A:
It will depend on the point weight of the arrow and the bow that shoots the arrow. The feathers generate more drag to slow the arrow down for aerial targets and birds.

Q:
Will I need to get a 23/64" tapering tool with this to install my point.
Asked on 6/24/2012 by gladio
Know the answer? Answer this question
2 answers
A:
Yes, you will need a tapering tool of whatever diameter shaft you are ordering, unless you want to taper it by hand.
Answered on 6/25/2012 by Anonymous
A:
You will need to get a taper tool that matches the diameter of the arrows that you have. The taper tool will put the same angle on the shaft that the points have internally. This allows for the best possible fit.

Q:
Do these come straight?
Asked on 2/13/2012 by Anonymous

A:
They are straight when we make them. But wood has a tendency to wander. You will want to double check all of the shafts when you receive them.
