          I love the Easton Legacy shafts! I use the 2018 shafts for my 55lb Bear Montana longbow and they shoot great. They have the classic look of wood, but with the reliability of aluminum. Also, they are tough. I've had a few hard impacts while stump shooting with no damage. If you are like me and don't have the time to properly spine and weigh dozens of woods shafts to find a few good enough to shoot, then the Easton Legacy is the way to go.

            I shoot several different bows and bow weights, and the Easton aluminum arrows are the easiest to tune to both longbow and recurve. The 1916 Legacy works well with both my 35# target limbs, my 40# recurve custom and my 45# longbow.Simply by switching point weight from 75 grains to 125 grains causes the arrows to fly like a dart. What more can you ask an arrow to do than to hit where you're aiming? The Legacy is very stable in outdoor wind conditions. It is fast becoming my go-to arrow.

            These shafts shoot great from my 50# recurve bows. i use aluminum shafts for my recurves and wood shafts for my longbows. i fletch, nock, and point my own shafts and have never had any problems with these other than loosing a few.

              Great Shafts. 2016's fly out of ALL my bows! Bare shaft tuned these and XX75 Camo Hunters. Both fly like darts. My local shop installed uni bushings in mine which made them even better. It added a little to the price but is worth it because now I can use the Easton S-knocks and fine tune my arrows. Buy a dozen of these, you won't be sorry.

                Easton XX75 shafts are always top quality and a good value for the money. Easton is the oldest, most experienced manufacturer of aluminum shafts in the world and their quality (straightness, consistent weight, etc.) is second to none. Cheaper than carbon and more consistent with less maintenance than wood, aluminum is a good bet for those just starting out in archery or for excellent practice and hunting arrows!!

                  What should the ideal aluminum shaft be? They should be durable,accurate,high quality,weight constistance,cost efective,and beauty come to mind, and the Legacy is evey thing on the list.Now to my experince,at first glance into the box my first thought was that they were beautiful,however I was very concerned about durability, you see the finish looks very delicate, in fact not very long ago I would make a funny noise and wince every now and then because, I was worried that my shaft would be scratched up bad,now on the other hand I even stump shoot at Pine cones and the like and they take it with ease.Though they do scratch, they do not scratch more than the Gamegetters which I shot before getting these shafts.Posessing EXTREME constistance in weight, I made my set of six weighing within 2.6 GRAINS of one another!Though this is due partly to presise work and quality componentes the shafts certiantly do play a role in the overall weight.Accurace man alive does it ever! When I am doing good they shine!Oh and when I was shooting with one of my buddies he commented about how it hard in was to distinguish his wood arrows from my Legacey arrows!Beautiful,accurate,and durable there just is nothing to complain about!

                      These arrows are great for the novice archer who is just learning the skill of traditional archery. They handle moderate abuse well (near misses, etc.) and minor bends can be straigtened enough to provide a good practice arrow for further abuse :). Aluminum arrows are also great for beginner archers at 3-D target shoots for finding buried misses with a metal detector (have only lost one permenantely). If you are just getting into shooting traditional archery and want an arrow that can handle the abuse that missing can provide, Easton Legacy arrows fit the bill extremely well. Highly accurate with improved skill and tremendous penetration on foam!!!
