He's used to shooting off his fist, so shooting off a shelf is taking him some time to get used to. He is very pleased with it and appreciates this bow that fits his pull weight and that it's available for a southpaw. We purchased and installed a Bear type arrow rug and plate. It's a great bow for the money and should give him lots of enjoyment. My son purchased this bow with his own money and is pleased it was American made!
