This tab is incredible and more effective than any other tab or glove I have used. Once I cut it down to fit my fingers perfectly, it was comfortable and accurate. The leather is thin, but that provide maximum feel, which I prefer. I plan to buy a second, just in case I lose one.

I have been switching back and forth between 3 under and split finger, and I finally have found the perfect tab for split finger for me. I love the single piece of cordovan leather as it is tough and slick, which provides a silky smooth release and adequate protection. I also like the fact that there is not a finger spacer as I do not like one (I feel it gets in the way). The rubber o-rings are excellent and comfortable. I highly recommend this product.

I ordered this tab for my wife, she shoots a 25# recurve. She has having some trouble with consistently having a smooth release. I decided to pick her up a tab to help with the release and the occasional complaint of sensitive finger tips after prolonged shooting.
The tab was well made with quality leather. The ability to replace the O-rings for different size hands or shooting gloves is genius. It releases butter smooth and with a little mink oil from time to time I am sure it will last a recreational shooter for a long, long time.
My only complaint is the thickness of the leather. I generally use a three finger glove on my 50# recurve, but wanted to try the tab as well. Again, wonderfully smooth release but very little protection. After flinging a couple dozen arrows I could feel the difference in my finger tips. It is still very usable, it just doesn't protect as well. I would recommend for lower # bows.

As with all of Scott's leather work, attention to both detail AND functionality is evident here. This seemingly simple tab design is the most versatile I have ever used, with the interchangeable "O" rings allowing for a comfortable fit for any size finger...even when wearing a glove in cooler weather!
The high-quality cordovan leather gives a great feel of the string while allowing a smooth release unmatched by any other material.
A top-of-the-line product for sure!

I have been using a E.W. Bateman Cordovan Tab with the finger space. I had another tab without a finger spacer that I didn't like so I was wondering how I would like this one. Let me just start by saying, I love it. This tab is nice and thin but wears great. I have a long draw and my string angle can get a little steep. This tab feels great and releases nice and smooth. I like that it comes with extra rings for different sized hands or wear with gloves. What I really like is that it fits nicely in your pocket. It lays flat and you could even slide an extra one in your wallet. The ring also makes it handy for spining to the back of your hand when you are pulling arrows, etc. I'll definately be getting another one.
