This is exactly what I was looking for. The Fred Bear glove was too thin. This is much thicker. I have shot over 100 arrows today on my 60# Martin Hunter. Fingers are still usable! I can now shoot until my muscles are fatigued vs. finger pain. Amazing difference. My accuracy has improved greatly and for the first time I am grouping arrows consistently. The slick surface allows the arrows to slip out. Before I was getting arrow noise every other shot or so and I am sure it was from a bad release. I highly recommend anyone just getting into the sport of traditional archery to try a glove and a tab. For me this tab works great! Some people may tell you that your fingers are hurting because you are "over bowed". Don't listen to it until you have tried other options first.

The tab I received has a very obvious defect in the leather which runs diagonally across the fingers. The defect pretty much ruins the function - both the smoothness of the release and the protection. Very disappointing that a high priced product like this one has such poor quality control.

I had tried many tabs before I got to this one. I thought it was pricey, but finally decided to just take the plunge and buy it and gotta tell you I have not seen a smoother tab in my life. I've used it multiple times seen I bought it and it has helped my release tremendously. Windage seems to be perfect every time, shot after shot. I liked so much that I'm getting another one, furthermore my reasoning for spending $[$] in a tab is that I will not need any other tabs for years to come, unless I loose it somewhere or gets stolen, one thing is for sure, to steal this tab from me they'll have to kill me... :)really an outstanding yet simple product.
