These wraps are a great way to make your arrows beautiful and more functional.People always comment how great my arrows look at 3-d shoots. And the wraps make tracking my arrows much easier. Also when I miss a shot it helps me find my arrows much faster. The fletching glue really sticks to them well.

Paid for itself, but was wrong size

I'll start by saying this product paid for itself; during low failing light, shot went wide due to poor release, so I had to go look for it in the brush. Using a head mounted flashlight, just looking around in the area revealed the tail of my shaft buried under grass and branches. Arrow recovered within minutes. Not sure I'd have seen it otherwise, without having to come back the next day during daylight. (and if you're on a target course, or a paid for hunt, you may not get that chance)

Now, for the bad part; these are cut very wide; possibly due to the expectation of use with larger wood/aluminum arrow shafts. On a carbon, 1" is the max width for the strip usually. I had to carefully slice off about 1/4" off each one in order to get the wrap to 'just overlap'. Otherwise I'd have had that 1/4" overlap on the shaft, which adds unnecessary rear weight, affecting spine. Speaking of which, even after cutting the slice off, they still weighed 19.5 grains. Pretty portly. I had to add quite a bit of weight up front to get my spine back in line.

All in all, a decent product, but be aware of the excess size, and the increase in weight/spine stiffness.

    I have always used plain-Jane arrows; never anything fancey, but I have been very happy with the cap wraps. I got the red wraps and use two chartreuse feathers and one red. They went on pretty easy and they look great!

              I do a lot of stump shooting and 3d shooting in brushy areas. Needless to say I occasionally miss the target and end up searching for an arrow in the leaf litter. The bright pink wraps (I also fletch with pink and white feathers) makes the lost arrow stand out. I use a sheet of hard foam to lay the wrap on and roll the shaft to pick up the wrap and that makes the application very easy.

                This was the first time I have used cap wraps and I found them extremely easy to install. Also, they are very durable. I have not had any problems with them coming off or tearing because of their contact with the target or debre (when stump shooting).

                      This was my first time using shaft wraps. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I figured that I would order some and put them on my Grand-Daughters shafts to help her find arrows that missed the target. I followed the directions, used a mouse pad to apply them to the shafts. It was a little tricky to get them off the sheet but they went on very smooth and made an excellent surface for glueing on the fletchings. I used the second dozen and put them on a dozen stump shooting shafts. I am sold and will order more to put on some hunting shafts.

                        Bought these (clear) to place over my cresting job. In previous arrow builds I cheated and purchased pre-designed crested wraps. However for my elk arrows I spent the time cresting arrows my self (first time doing), and thought these would be handy to protect my paint job if I ever ruined the fletching. To my surprise, all 3 feathers fell off when shot out of the bow. I examined the rest of my arrows, and with gentle tugs all the feathers came off. I then tried to remove the wraps as described.....they would not come off the arrows..had to try and then pull off...ruined my cresting job
