This is a good video for working out and is helpfull in developing a routine to improve your strength for archery as well avoiding injury. My only critisism is that the Mary Rose, the English ship tha Asbell mentions sank in the 16th century in Plymoth harbor during the invasion of the Spanish Armada, and not the 12th century as he mentions. Thats 400 years off. If you are going to cite dates in a video and want to sound credible you should at least get your facts straight. However, even with that his points about the need for working out to avoid injury are valid.

I have reviewed the video several times to help tune up my work out and recommend it to anyoune serious about archery.
