Fellas, I'm here to tell you these are a perfect marriage of great mechanical advantage, good craftsmanship, ease of sharpening, field point accurate etc. I purchased the 160 gr., and used the 32 gr aluminum inserts on the (pre-fletched) Traditional Only 340 carbon arrows out of a 60lb Martin Hunter recurve. I shot these heads at two different coyotes last year while deer hunting, and missed horribly. The heads slammed into the sandstone rocks. Picked them up, re-sharpened, and were good to go for this season. Have tried lots of BH's, and these are a breeze to get crazy sharp. Start with a file, switch to course stone, then medium, then fine, then a few rounds on a leather belt, and it could shave a mountain man. I shot this deer broadside from 15 yds. Blew clean through near and far ribs, and stuck into the dirt another 4.5". It happened so fast, and were so sharp that the deer took a few quick steps, then paused looking back where it was standing. I wondered if I'd missed till it hit the ground, never knowing it had been fatally shot through the vitals. Overall: Tough as nails (would recommend for deer or hogs), easy to sharpen, and absolutely deadly.

        Comments about Stos 2-Blade Broadheads:

I have yet to use these heasds for hunting as it is now late spring and most game seasons are closed yet I am impressed by the claims made of the BHs so decided to try them next season.
As soon as the weather moderates a bit I shall let fly these heads at target practice and see if I am satisfied with them. As of this moment I would enthusiactly recommed tham to a friend

          Comments about Stos 2-Blade Broadheads:

I have used STOS 160 grain heads for almost 20 years. They are my only choice when it comes to two bladed broadheads. The recent addition of the tanto tip made this broadhead just about perfect. Get you some. You'll be glad you did.

These broadheads mounted easily and shot like field points. This head is accurate! Touching up the broadhead was easier than expected with a hand sharpener.

              Comments about Stos 2-Blade Broadheads:

first of all my order was at my house within 3 days, A+ as normal 3 rivers!!! these heads are great, the 145 gain heads fly like field point out of my 55lbs@28" recurve with 11/32nd POC 55/60 spine 29" shaft with 3 5" shield fletching... very happy... they were pretty sharp out of the pack, still needs to be "polished" but pretty sharp to start with in fact i put 5 pairs of old leather work gloves together and shot them from 10 yards (with a right out of package STOS head) and it went through all 5 pairs and when 14 or 15 inches into my foam block target...

                      Comments about Stos 2-Blade Broadheads:

I'm using the 160 gr Stos Broadheads. They penetrate better than other broadheads I tested. I'm a believer in the theory 2 holes are better than one. These heads fly straight once your shafts are properly spined and tuned. Very durable; an errant shot slammed into concrete and curled 1/8" of the tip. I straightened the tip and resharpened -- it's as good as new. I have not used it on game yet. I've been bowhunting for 36 years and am switching back to traditional after using a compound for about 30 years. I have no doubt this head will perform after reading the reports on it.
