They were easy to install (they screw right into the base of the aluminum inserts). I added a touch of insert iron to the thread to ensure that they do not ever come loose. Great Product! I am shotting a 150 gr broadhead and 145 grain practice tip. I could not pass the paper test, so I bought the Brass Screw-In Adapter Weights and paper tested again. Perfect bullet holes.
