Making my own wood hunting arrows. I have seen many comments on the "leather wall" about people having trouble setting the blade angle. I moved the blades around until the taper was correct, but some people are having trouble with this and the taper device is getting some bad press. It is a durable and accurate tool that has allowed me to take 20 deer in the past 5 years with wood shafting--one P&Y whitetail. For the price it works great and on all sizes of shafting.

I make a fair amount of arrows And find this tool aboon to accuracy I think when purchasing the tool it should come with double guides to expediate the procces of cutting tapers.
