          I make wood laminated trout nets, and have made five bows this year with TB111. My nets sit in the water for hours while wading, and I have never had any customer complaints. I just made an Osage, Hickory tri lam which I tillered after 24 hr, and shot after 72 hr with no problems

              Needed the glue to effect a splinter repair on selfbow. Patched the area using the glue - let it dry two days and repair perfect. And,no mess, easy cleanup. Seems to hold like iron.

                    İ used this product on one of my longbows delamination which was starting around the bottom of the grip going up with a total lenght of 17-18 inches.
                    The application was without problem and the cleaning very easy with a piece of slightly wet tissue.
                    İ left the bow to have the drying rest for four fulldays to be in the safe side, and İ started to shoot with no cracking sound or bad sense, the following day and the third day still no problem at all. İt shoots like brand new.

                      I've built a few bows using TB3 and have had 0 failures, knock on wood! I purchased a hickory selfbow and in the first 5 draws got a crack on the back. I used TB3, clamped let set for 3 days and it shot great!, got a nice Elk with it. The glue is very easy to obtain, use, and cleans up easy. A very tough glue, I highly reccommend it.

                          I have been using this titebond products for years and years. The glue has never let me down...even when I only let it set over night before starting to tiller the bow. It is easy to use, easy to clean up, and cheap. I just make sure to clean the dust and oils from the wood and clamp, fairly tightly, with a buch of c clamps. I have never had a glue failure with this glue..wood has failed, but never the glue.

                                What a pleasure to work with, compared to nasty, nasty epoxy. You can let drops fall on the floor, or get it on your hands, it just comes off simply with water or wiping. I haven't used it for backings yet, but I have for handles and nocks, and I've never seen a separation. It's perfect if you find yourself suddenly needing glue, especially if you've only got one hand free. Curing time is a bit long, but working time is just right.

                                I bought Titebond III as an experiment in making tri-lam reflex-deflex longbows. Its first use was to fix a delamination issue on a bow I made using Bowgrip 100. (Probably due to over-compression in clamping - word to the novice bow-builder: Don't overclamp). Titebond flowed very nicely into the space, filled it and held it together solidly. The delamination was halted in place and the bow has held together ever since then. Air-drying is the only issue in that if you use cellophane to wrap the bows to clamp, Titebond won't dry. It's best to use a lot of small clamps in strategic places rather than wrap. On the up-side, it air dries very well, eliminating the need for a heat-box.The fact you don't have to measure anything and have the same window of time to get your project in the clamps is a huge bonus. It seals up tight without refrigeration, goes where it's supposed to and the waste is practically nonexistent.
