It's a great way to protect your primative long bow and add some class to the act. It is pleasing to look at and has a degree of uniqueness that matches the quality of a primative. It would be a perfect product if there were some leather or heavy cloth reinforcement added to cap the closed end.

This is an ok bow sleeve, and looks nice, but it's overpriced for what you get, imo. It would only provide protection against scratches, not against impacts of any kind. The Asbell thick wool sleeve is less expensive and a better bargain. Or for a little more, you can get a more durable nylon outer/fleece lined sleeve.

This is a very nice looking case that will provide good protection for a longbow. It isn't padded and doesn't have an inner liner, so you will still have to be careful not to bang it against things but, with reasonable care, it will keep your bow from scuffs and scratches. It is made of thick, durable material and looks very good, style-wise!! It has a well-made tie at the open end and is long enough for most any longbow. It isn't suitable for air travel, etc. but that's not what it's made for. If you want something to keep your bow protected while it's in a rack or while travelling to a local shoot then this will do very well! For the price it's a very good value!!

        I bought two of these for my longbows. I am disappointed in their quality. The fabric seems to be a cheap synthetic blend, and reminds me of upholstery on a tacky southwestern themed couch. The fabric is thin, with no lining, and doesn't seem to provide a ton of protection for the bow. The tie is not leather (as advertised) but is cheap nylon shoestring material. The "reinforced" end is simply a double layer of thin fabric. I wish I would have bought fleece or wool bow sleeves instead.
