    Where have you been?

    Have always preferred longbows in part to the grip wrap. Wooden recurve style grips,in my opinion, have been very uncomfortable while practising in warm weather. I have installed a posi-grip on my Vyperkahn(a hybrid w/LB limbs) and am even more thrilled with the shooting experience. My grip is more consistant and natural thus allowing me to focus more on other aspects of my form.

    Installing the posi-grip over a large riser is challenging but can be accomplished with persistance and patience. I adjusted mine several times after numerous shooting sessions until completely satisfied. I can honestly say that I wished I had come across this product years ago.

    Would have given it a 5 star rating, however I haven't given the posi-grip the test of time.
    So far it is performing like a great product.

    I bought the Posi-Grip for my longbow, but decided to put it on my recurve instead. The "feel" of it was not what I expected. I liked the leather/suede feel of a grip better. But, it was all that it was advertised to be.

      I needed to thicken the grip of my bow a bit, so I went with the posi-grip, instead replacing the existing grip with thicker leather. The raised nubs/nibs on the grip are not evenly distributed, no pattern is evident. I doubt this makes much of a difference, but struck me as a questionable quality control issue. Overall I'm pleased with how firm the grip feels in my hand.

              the Posi Grip replaced the grip that came with my 3 Rivers Tomahawk bow...the old grip discolored my hand...the black dye? would come off and was difficult to wash away. The Posi Grip color does not come off and the "dimples" make for a good grip in wet conditions or when perspiration is a factor....it is easy to enstall and looks and feels goood

                It was some wresting match to get this over the handle of my Bear TD riser, but I did it finally. The results are excellent: a firm non-slip, all weather grip.

                This is not an easy, simple install on a pistol grip style riser, but it can be done and it is worth the effort.

                    I put the Posi-Grip on a Bear Grizzly Recurve Bow to help with geting a more secure grip on the bow when wet and also had a slight pinch in the web of my hand. What a difference it made! My grip on the bow is now secure and consistant everytime. It did help me shrink my groups down. Wish I would have tried one sooner! Easy to install if you watch the video from 3rivers . Will put one on next bow I purchase from 3rivers!
