    The calf hair arrow rest does not span the arrow rest on my bow. I'm using it on a 45# bow. My bottom fletch seems to catch the edge of the rest, pulling up the calf hair rest and damaging the fletch.
    In fairness to the product, it is well made. The adhesive would appear to be sufficient for a lighter application. This just seems like a case of too much bow for the product.

          I was looking something quieter than my rug rest on my longbow. This was inexpensive, easy to install and was more quiet. I never tried seal skin, but would like to see how quiet it was.

                          The only problem I had with this was that the hair was going against the arrow and not with, so I had to turn it upside down and reshape it on my longbow, after that it worked perfect. Quiet, soft, smooth, I would recommend it to any one.

                            I buy vintage bows on ebay. Many have worn out arrow rests and scuff plates. This one looks great and is large enough to cover any blemishes from removal of old plate. 2 minute installation. It just don`t get any better than this on Traditional bows period !
