    This material is much less stretchy/creepy than the B50 material. It seems to resist abraision better as well, which is always a plus. The ratings indicate that you don't need as many strands for upper poundage bows, which means less material used for each string. This is always a benefit. I've heard, though I don't recall where, that this isn't a great material for self-bows unless they have horn nocks or some other method of protecting the wood. Unfortunately I don't have a reference for that statement, and I've had no bad experiences to draw from.

    I have recently tried D-10, have been a D-97 user for years. Still use in some appilications, but the majority of my modern, high performance recurves, IE with carbon, carbon foam limbs, just shoot a little faster, quieter, and seem more accurate with D-10. After making several for my friends, they are as sold as I am. Will be ordering a variety of colors, as I am sure more folks will be coming back after the first string from this material.
