    Just returned from early elk. I have used this bow for elk, deer, birds, and recreational shooting now for three seasons. It has earned the place of first choice over all my other long bows. When I bought it, I had injured my shoulder, and was building back to hunting draw weights. Now, I shoot it almost exclusively, regardless of draw weight, and I am most accurate with it even over my favorite recurve. I am 68 years old, and I still hunt exclusively traditional, and I have never had any trouble with my Fox. Matching spine, draw length, and overall arrow weight (avrg 680g) has been easily accomplished. And, Dale, you are right...my original string is still going strong, and when I bought it, you said I would be surprised at how easily it would draw compared to other bows per pound of draw weight. You were so right! Even during my recovery, I could pull my full draw weight/ length with the Fox but not my other bows of equal or lesser draw weight. Thanks for a great bow. Best buy I ever made. I wanna 'nother one....

      This longbow is BEAUTIFUL bow, it has no hand shock. It is fast and smooth to draw. It is easy to shoot. Craftsmanship is great, I have shot around 250 shots with the bow, it is still shooting like just out of the box, For the quality the price matches, there is nothing wrong with this longbow.

        Was a little nervous about trying a longbow after having tried a recurve and wasn't shooting it like I wanted to.When the Tomahawk arrived first thing you notice is it is a beautiful bow.I immediatly strung it and took it outside and shot it and was right away shooting tighter groups than I ever had with the recurve,draw is very smooth,holds very well & almost silent at the shot.Looking to order #2 now with a little heavier poundage,GREAT BOWS & GREAT SERVICE from 3RIVERS!!!!

          I am amazed at the quality and performance of this bow.I used it for deer, elk, and grouse hunting in the early elk season. Stump shooting was great fun this early elk season, and the ease of draw compared to other bows I own (12) at the same draw weight or heavier is not hype. This bow is really easy on the draw with no (0) stack or shock. I would recommend this bow unconditionally.

            After 43 years of shooting Recurves and longbows in both Hunting and competition,this bow is simply the easiest to shoot and most naturaly accurate bow I've ever shot.

              I have several longbows which I rotate with my hunting and target shooting. I have owned a Diamond
              Dessert Fox for a couple of years and I keep going
              back to the Fox as my favorite. I am 66 years of age so I am slowly downsizing my draw weight,but I am amazed at how easily I can draw and anchor my 50
              lb. 62" Fox. It is smooth,anchors easily,and is deadly accurate ,and quiet. I also own a 45lb diamond woodland hunter. I am trying to justify the need for a Diamond SS. I guess the best justification is that you only go this way one time. Tomahawks are great bows and are well worth the price.

                This longbow is not only a good looking bow, it has no hand shock. It is fast and smooth to draw. It shoots where you look and point it. Craftsmanship seems real good, but I have only been shooting it for a couple of weeks, time will tell. For the price you can't go wrong with this longbow. The real test for this bow will be on deer next bow season.

                  I ordered and returned 4 other brands of longbows before I finally ordered the Tomahawk Diamond Desert Fox. I knew at the first pull on the string I'd finally found a longbow to suit me. I've always owned recurves in the past so the grip felt a little odd but this bow was silky smooth to pull and naturally accurate from the first shot. I adjusted quickly to the grip. What surprised me was the arrow speed. It was as quick as my finest recurve of the same draw weight. It points naturally and when I do my job the Tomahawk does it's job. The 3 Rivers Tomahawk longbow is a winner. Thank you 3Rivers as my search for the perfect longbow is over. The Tomahawk Diamond Desert Fox is truly the "Best of the Best".

                  I've owned approx. 37 custom recurves and 15 custom longbows & have shot year-round since 1983. The pictures don't do this bow justice. I could tell by the limb design it might be something special but really didn't expect this much performance when I ordered it. I took delivery just a couple weeks after I received a very well know custom (one-piece) recurve. I tested this 70 LB bow with 2216s, 2217s, 2219s. The 2219s with Delta heads weigh 628 grains & flew great, very fast and were considerably faster than my new recurve with the same settup, similar weight. (27 3/4" draw.) I also ordered an ultra lite elite cavalier finger tab and case. Shawn's advice in selecting the bow and accessories was great. I can't say enough about the service or the expertice. This Tomahawk is also VERY smooth to draw with no hand shock at all. The best part is how hard hitting it is and the craftsmanship. OUTSTANDING VALUE and fastest longbow I've ever shot at any weight.
