          Unfortunatley: this video is long on home movie type stuff and short on instruction. Buy the book instead. I have not read the book, but it has to be better than this. You might want to consider one (or all) of Fred Asbell's books instead as the instruction seems better.

                  As always, it seems like the goodies I ordered arrived before I finished ordering! Thanks for great service on fine products. You can count on getting more and more orders from me.
                  I'm a retired guide and outfitter (Alaska and New Mexico) and I shoot traditional recurve in the Senior Olympics and in state contests. Just for fun. This film of Ferguson's taught this old dog quite a few new tricks and I couldn't wait to go fling sharp sticks at something to see how they work. They work!
                  At any rate, I'm proud to recommend 3Rivers to my friends as a great resource for our fun old sport. Best of luck to all of you and hope to see you in the woods.

                    Not what I expected . Wasn't much on becoming the arrow. Did not learn to become the arrow. DVD showed a lot of trick shots which didn't make me become the arrow. Guess I didn't get it.

                          I'M GRATEFUL TO BYRON FOR MAKING THE MOVIE.MY REASON FOR GETTING IT WAS TO HELP ME IMPROVE MY SHOOTING NOT THE ENTERTAINMENT PART.I'VE WATCHED THE INSTRUCTIONAL PART MANY TIMES AND DISSECTED IT SENTENCE BY SENTENCE.THERE'S LOTS OF GOOD TIPS IN THERE IF YOUR PERCEPTIVE AND RECEPTIVE.

                                    If you want an informative video, this is not it. Mostly just watching trick shots. A few tips, but if you add them all up, maybe 5-10 min worth on the entire 50 min video. I would save your money and pass on this one.

                                        I had heard great things from friends about the book Become The Arrow. I tried to take a short cut and buy the video. I should of bought the book. A majority of the video is Byron Ferguson making some extraordinary trick shots. And a bear hunt that was pretty much a commercial promoting his own TV show. Very entertaining, but as far as an instructional video to show me how to shoot better it is lacking. It had some good points but nothing compared to the other great videos I have purchased here.
