Comments about Delta McKenzie The Bulzeye Log Target:

I tried to post a review of this product yesterday but it seems one needs a FB account to do so. So I'm trying once more (I don't have a FB account.) AS stated in the reviews posted before, the arrows do eventually knock out chunks of foam from the back of the target. I have been using this particular target almost every day for a month now shooting at least one half-hour a day [usually six rounds of six arrows for a total of 36 or 72 arrows a day if I practice for 2 half-hours with bows between 50 & 55# using only field points. The best thing I can say about this target is the foam piece which holds the target in place is really the best part of the whole thing because if not for it I believe the target would be long ago destroyed.
and I shudder to think what shape the target would be in if I shot broad heads into it.

Comments about Delta McKenzie The Bulzeye Log Target:

I've used this target almost every day for a month, shooting only field points from bows of 55# or less @ 20yds.
It's true that the arrows push out chunks of foam from the back of the target as others have stated. I can only imagine the size of the target remains I'd have left today if I had dared to shoot broad heads into it! I don't have a chrono but I'm sure that my arrows are a great deal below the speed mentioned that this target can stand up to.
The best thing I can say about this target is the foam stand that keeps the target in place also helps keep it from falling apart.
I plan to use the target until it becomes unusable and then go back to using cardboard for backing paper targets, or boxes stuffed with whatever.

Comments about Delta McKenzie The Bulzeye Log Target:

I have only used field points on this target. I have had it for a month at this point, use it 3x/week, and I don't expect it to last another month. The foam does not reseal well and chunks of it keep flying out the back of the target as the arrows hit it.

Won't last long.

Comments about Delta McKenzie The Bulzeye Log Target:

I'm a beginner using a 40# longbow. I bought this for practice. Have had it a couple of months and it's about had it. Don't know how many arrows I've shot -- maybe have practiced 2-4 hours a week, but I've also got a couple of 3D targets I shoot at. Most shots from 25-30'. Arrows now go into it about 10". It's nice looking and maybe it's meant for longer shots. But the bullseye portion is falling apart and pieces fly out when a arrow hits it. For $[$] seems like it should last longer.
