      I loved the concept of the realistic vitals on one side and plain on the other. This target made a lot of sense to me and I appreciate the idea of training your mind on shot placement. However, the construction is not the quality I was hoping. I bought this target, and was shooting through it in a month's time. I know I shoot a lot, but that's just unacceptable. A target should last you more than a month. The foam is soft and easily damaged. Arrow removal is easy, and it works well, it just doesn't hold up. In addition, if you hit anywhere in the leg area, the hard plastic core that comes up into the body will damage your arrows. I broke several in a few weeks of shooting.
