    While this sealer does what it need to do(for the most part) I don't prefer it. It takes practice to use it and I have found that bubbles appear readily and don't go away. I usually have to sand down the shafts after coating.

        I have just finished dipping three dozen shafts with 5 coats each. It is so nice to be able to dip in the basement as it is virtually odorless. The verdict is still out as to how durable it is as it seems to be less solid than the Bohning Supercoat that I normally use. Time will tell how well the cresting and feathers adhere.

        I had read comments about air bubbles and decided to try this product anyway because of easy cleanup. I was disappointed at the number of air bubbles. I am considering purchasing the Speed Coat Dipping System. This might eliminate the air bubbles while keeping the cleanup easy.

          I am very pleased with the results. Although it seems to always leave a few bumps (bubbles) here and there no matter what I do. It is very easy to apply and very very easy to clean up. The arrows look incredible with three coats, and the white color sealer makes a beautiful cap. Make sure you use Duco Cement, because the recommended Fletch-Tite Platinum does not work. The Duco Cement holds very well to 3River's water based sealer.

            My son and I make "youth arrows" which we sell on stick bow, we have been using this product for about a year now and like the results. As mentioned by others its important to allow the bubbles to settle when loading the dip tube, this is key to not having bubbles. I use 0000 steel wool between coats for good adheson between coats. The product dries fast and is very durable. I like the fumeless aspect of this product especially around children.

                    I fill the pro-dipper with the sealer the evening before, to prevent bubbles. The result is fantastic. Just after the first coat you can see how good it covers. I hang the shafts and with our climate here in Italy, they take 30-45 minutes to dry.
                    Don't use it with the speed coat system: the shaft will need too many coats to be covered properly. Deep the shaft directly in the pro-dipper with the sealer.

                    This is a great product, but i would not recomend to use it together with speed coat arrow dipping system. I got the best results when i just dipped the shafts rigth into the sealer, and hang it to dry for two hours. When it is dry, it makes a great product.

                                I used both the white and clear and they both covered well using a dip tube. The finish seems durable and being able to clean up with water is great. I had no negative experiences with this product.
