Maybe I got a bad batch. My six heads ranged from 119 grains to 109 grains. All the heads had a very crude grinder edge. Two had sides that were not even ground. Head shapes varied by as much as 2 millimeters. One still had the wire edge attached. It will take me several hours to get these all to the same weight, shape, and appropriate sharpness before I can even think about using them.

Bought these since they are more suitable for my thin bamboo arrows (5/16) - have always used Zwickey and find them to be the most reliable two-blade head available - simple, straight forward, easy to sharpen and rugged.

Comments about Zwickey Black Diamond 2-Blade Broadheads:

They got a little ruff factory edge right from the box which is no biggy - it would still pass thru a deer with that edge - and with a little work on a flat file and stone they turn out razor sharp as a broadhead should be.
To spare your fletching and shafts you shouldn't group them, they are very accured for such a simple design. And they hold up well in my sandbox target, so that I only have to put an edge on them once switch from training to hunting season. Guess that why Zwickey broadheads are still around since 1938.
