              I have used these knocks for all of my carbon arrows. They are very durable and fit well into the shaft. I cannot think of any failures other that being hit by another arrow. They sometimes survive that. My only complaint is that the yellow knocks were more pale than my feathers. Not a big deal to though. They fit my 14 strand flemish strings pretty tight. I loosen them up with some sand paper.

                These are the best 'insert' nocks I've used yet. I hated the ones on my Heritage 150,250's and always had to file them out. These aren't listed as the correct ones, but work even better than the Cx nocks. They are a perfect fit on the bow string, and the chartruse is extremely visible.
