      Seem to allow a cleaner release off the string. Not having any problems with the internal piece sticking (As stated in some reviews). Working great with my Northern Mist Baraga Longbow (Great bow by the way)...

        Use these nocks on all of my arrrow and find that they help improve accuracy with both longbows and recurves.
        Also quieter release.

          After two years of shooting 'em they are the only nocks I use on both target and hunting shafts. I shoot a 54"/53# Bob Lee Hunter recurve with CE Heritage 150's and am delighted with the performance.

            They snap at the base where they go into the arrow anytime they hit something hard. Then you have to find a tiny screw or something to hook onto it inside the shaft to pull it out.

            Not worth the trouble when practicing or if you are going to shoot the arrow over and over.

            I didn't notice any significant difference on my arrow flight, but they do stay on the string well and don't wear the serving as much.

            Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

                  Great idea and loved them when I first got them. The problem is that after a short amount of shooting the inserts started sticking down in the nock and would not reset. Over half have gone bad. Hopefully, it was a manufacturing or material defect.

                  Nocks work as advertised. They lock on to string hard. Will push off with thumb but locked on to string tight enough so if you try to pull off by tugging on the arrow nock will pull off end of arrow. Nock will not cause arrow to fall off string when bow is let down on stick bows and even my 30" wheel bow with its extreme acute angle. No noticeable change in point of impact for stick bows. Nock performs with 5 spot bow with same X ring accurracy as a snap nock but without the slight "Funk" sound a snap nock causes. Looks alittle high tech for traditional. Wish they would consider red, blue, yellow, black and white with same color inserts in opaque so as to look more traditional. You never need to worry about inconsistent and worn nock snaps again.

                  Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
