Excellent adhesive product used for inserts on G-Tip Trad shafts for high impact wingshooting on aerial targets. Sets up quickly; use sparingly;

This product is v ery easy to use. It melts at a lower temperature but appears to have good bond strength to carcon arrows. Although I have not used this product long i am impressed with the durability and strength it appears to have. A minute under cold water and you are ready to go shoot. The only minor disadvantage I see early in its use is that i would like to see a larger size stick for the same price. At this early stage in testing this product I prefer this product over plain hot melt glues to bond Broadhead adapters to broadheads. This product would be a good road trip item when traveling also.

The glue melted at very low temps and was very easy to use but it is also not too difficult to remove with a flame. Seems to hold up very well.

Although I picked this up at my local archery shop for a little more money than 3RA, I felt I needed to leave this product some feedback. First off, the blue stick is extremely easy to work with. I used a standard lighter and the wax softened up very well and was easy to apply on to the insert. It has an extremely solid hold. One of my ICS Hunter 340's hit a metal frame and while the nock came off half way, the Ferr-L-Tite Cool Flex held the insert tight and avoided my shaft from splitting.

One con about this is that the stuff dries FAST. I mean if you light it up, within 1 to 1 1/2 seconds it'll dry. For me that was just a little too quick but some might see this as a pro. Simple process though: heat, apply, push insert into arrow, put in cold water to cure. They shoot right away.

Great product, definitely good to have in your arsenal.
