    For much of my practice season, I am shooting hundreds of field points into tightly packed hay bales at one of the small city archery ranges. One of my biggest beefs was that the repetitive impacts and then the yanking out of my arrows from the bales meant that my field points were getting loose constantly. I pretty much just got used to having to check every tip on every arrow just before I shot it to make sure it wasn't loose. If the heads are loose, they rattle both when nocked (bumped on the riser) and when they are shot and it was very annoying.

    I got these O rings and the problem was solved. That said, you can't tighten your tip down too far on these or you'll break them faster and if you have very narrow field tip heads compared to your arrow shaft, the O rings will stick out too far and take far too much punishment to last long.

    I started using these washers when I switched from wood to aluminum. I use the adapters to screw in glue-on points. I loved using the washers as they keep the Judos on tight and make broadhead alignment easy, just like the description says. They are very easy to use.
    That said, I was bending adapters almost everytime I went stumping. I stopped using the rubber washers and started using a touch of hot melt glue on the threads to keep the Judos on tight and have not bent an adapter since. It seems that the washer allows for just enough flex to allow the adapter to bend, even with the point screwed down tight.
    I'm curious to know if anyone else has had this problem.

      I always try and mount every broadhead exactly with the fletchings but every so often they just dont line up. These rubber washers fix any errors on my part. These are a must have!

      These washers may seem expensive at first, but they hold the points tightly on aluminum and carbon arrows. They definitely perform as advertised. There are other methods that can be used, but this is the best that I have found. These washers are easy to install, and I intend to use them on all of my arrows that have screw-in type points.

          These are great for 3D and target use as they keep points from becoming loose. However, they do make the adapters weak and upon contact with hard bone, they will bend. I found this out the hard way last year on two seperate deer when I hit the backside front leg on quartering away shots.
