      Wanted something light to carry arrows, I can carry around eight to nine field points, and it is very stable! 3-4 judos fit, hard to load judos, The Hammer is easy to load 6. Great option that s fast to put on and off, plus it is cool compared to a back quiver! Draw of arrows is easy and clean. Plus this is the best part it is a Fred Bear product! Love, forget I am wearing sometimes!

        Since I was just getting back into archery after about a 26 year hiatus, I obviously needed some kind of quiver to hold my new arrows. Though I looked at several options, I determined that I wanted to go initially for something functional and less expensive until I really knew my quiver preferences. Well, I can say that for target practice, I don't see myself using anything other than this pocket quiver. I am very happy with it. It can easily hold my 6 arrows but looks like there is enough room for another three. It is well constructed and I love the bear stamped into the leather; in fact, I wanted to emphasize it more and carefully "colored in" the stamped design with a Sharpie. This was definitely a wise purchase for me.

        This product has always been my go to quiver for roving, stump shooting & 3-d. I load it with six hex blunts or target points and away I go for a wonderful day a field. This quiver is so quick and easy to attach either to the belt or just slip into a back pocket and it holds your arrows firm and snug. I like it for 3-D shooting because it is the perfect size and light wait when on hot summer shoots and you are in tank tops and shorts, the perfect quiver. It works in all situation from target shooting to small game hunting. The construction of this product is second to none, quality leather and well sown. It easily attaches to the belt with a brass snap fitting. For quick on off. I have personally chosen this pocket quiver over and above the others because of its sound construction .

          Very good quiver for carrying perhaps a half dozen shafts around a target field. I have carried broadheads in it (2-blade), and it seems to do fine, but I'm hesitant to carry more than three as I don't want them to rest too loosly just below my kidneys. The quiver holds the arrows about where they would rest tucked into a back pocket or in the back of a belt, making this a convenient roving quiver. It doesn't interfere with shooting while kneeling, either, which is a plus.

          As far as the construction of this quiver it is very well made with heavy leather.On a personal note I would like to see it a little longer.The arrows stay in ok but I believe it would be better if it were about two inches deeper.This side quiver could be great for roving around stump shooting or even as a side quiver for hunting,its that strong.

            Before I'd bought a big expensive back quiver I'd bought this little thing to hold arrows while target shooting. I found it really easy to install and use. If you don't feel like undoing your belt to put this on there's a snap that holds the strap to it. All you have to do is unsnap it and loop the strap over your belt then snap it back on the pocket protector. Pretty simple. The leather is soft, yet thick, as well so while it offers good protection from the tips it also allows for some flexibility and movement. I usually only carry about half a dozen arrows at a time, although there's plenty of room for more. You could probably get a dozen into this thing easy enough.
            I think the only downside to it would be if you didn't wear a belt it may not be as secure as it is when you have it attached to a belt.

                I'm a longbow shooter and purchased this quiver to save my jeans! I shoot pretty much every day and at the range for extended sessions I was constantly fumbling, hanging field tips in the material of my back pocket, dropping arrows, or sliding them through the Skoal ring in my old Wranglers. I now carry 8-10 arrows with ease out to and around my backyard range. I can see this quiver being a great convenience for stumpshooting and for hunting as well. Should hold 3-4 two-blade broadheads safely and easily.
                I was impressed by the quality construction, ease of sliding the quiver into my pocket, and locating the opening, even with 3-4 arrows at a time while removing them from the target.

                  I'm pretty new to archery and didn't even know "pocket quivers" existed until I saw the three you have in the catalog. Based on previous reviews I bought this one and am very happy with the performance. I've only used it for target shooting, but can see carrying it in the woods as well. Nice product!

                    I find this one of the best quivers I have ever used, after reading Jack Howard's articles and how he always used a pocket quiver even for hunting big game , I purchased this one. I have tried it with two blade Broadheads and I found it to be comfortable and practicable and safe. It also attached to my badlands pack for carrying extra arrows while on a hunt for turkeys. This quiver is well made and of good leather. I have tried several other quivers but none of them ever matched the likes of this. It is compact, light weight and conveniently fits the pocket or attaches to the belt or a back pack easly. It keeps the arrows hand during hunting or practice.
