            Had been looking for a quality first back quiver for a long time, but was put off by high costs of most quivers out there. While this quiver is not "inexpensive" it's absolutely perfect for what I was looking for, and therefore well worth the price. It's good, thick leather, nicely stitiched, and very traditional. Most importantly, it's deep enough to hold my full-length arrows without them rattling around too much. Only issue I had was the inner edge "fur" lining was similar to a type of peel-and-stick weather stripping, but with a little more loft to it. Not a problem, however. In order to make my quiver more "trad" looking I had some leather fur lying around, and used contact cement to add highlight strips to both top and bottom. It came out beautiful with only a few minutes of work, and with this quiver I have something I can pass on through the generations. This is a great quiver, conformed to my back easily, deep enough to support all my arrows without them falling out everytime I bent over even slightly, and made of good quality leather with good stitching. Very satisfied with another 3 Rivers product.

                      Since I am interested in traditional archery I purchased this quiver. It is very comfortable, being made of a soft leather that easily flexes based upon the curve of one's back. The capacity is better than anticipated - can easily hold 12 target tip arrows, and my assumption is that 6 more would easily fit as well. The strap is adjustable which allows for the proper fit, and there is a faux fir lining at the top. The quiver appears to be well constructed. Not sure how waterproof this quiver would be though, but I suppose this is true of anything made of leather.

                          This back quiver is by far the best I've ever used... It holds 8-10 LARP arrows and twice that for regular ones. When you drawl an arrow, the rest of the them don't come tumbling out (especially while in a full sprint!) The leather is top quality and easy to maintain.. I do recommend getting a secondary strap to hold it in place while on the run, see item: 1610 Traditional Side Strap
