Amazing

The quality of leather is fantastic, I don't think I could find better. The construction is beautiful and seems very durable. Aesthetically, looks really nice and traditional.

I know I hit my arm a good deal but wearing this I never feel a thing. In addition, the bracer shows no wear despite being struck quite a bit. Fitting is as snug as you want it with the laces.

This also combines arm protection with a bow glove protection, so if you use both you can replace them with a single item.

Bottom line:
Feels fantastic. Provides perfect protection while looking amazing.
(PS. matches the Damascus shooting glove nicely)

I wanted an all-in-one arm protection and arrow glide... OK, this is a generic item for a specific purpose...
I have a 12"+ forearm... the tongue was too short to cover the arm
The thumb/arrow glide was so large to deflect an arrow. I slit the seams of the glide and used a leather glue to make a custom fit.
So buy this if you want a single unit for a arm and arrow application... but understand this is not a custom fit and you will be responcible for adjusting the unit for your pruposes
Recommend... Yes... for someone who can understand their needs and is a "maker"

Good value but be careful about sizing

I use a 75lb Yew self longbow so needed both bracer and shooting glove.

It is very comfortable to wear and does what it is supposed to do well. No complaints about 3Rivers Archery service the bracer arrived in Australia within the timeframe stated and was well packed.

My only slight concern is the sizing measurements on the web page. I am 6' tall and of 'generous' proportions. So using the displayed measurements I worked out that I was borderline between big and medium - opted for big, but medium would have been a better choice.

As a personal preference I have replaced the fabric cord with leather boot laces, I think that they hold tighter but the laces worked well.

I will certainly buy from 3Rivers Archery again.

    This is a great product and I love it. The only thing is that after 500-600 arrow the leather that protect my bow hand is starting to be scratched and the sitch are broken.I woudnlt mind if that piece of leather was easy to remplace but that isnt the case. I guess I'll have to patch it once it's too damaged

          The Robin Hood Bracer is very well made of high quality leather.. I wouldn't hesistate to buy it again if need too. Lacing up takes some asjustment. If you live life in hurry slow down and enjoy life because you will miss the Big in the Small. Customer Service is Great too!
