I built some medieval target arrows about a month before 3Rivers picked this DVD up. Spent about a week combing the internet looking for specifics on medieval arrows. Found a "decent" amount of pages and videos, but nothing compares to the clear and direct information this DVD offers. I learned easier ways to do many different steps in the building process and seeing it done with medieval tools was awesome! The section on using modern tools helped a lot too, as that is how I ended up making mine. Solid information and easy to understand an follow. Very good filming and editing as well. Another top notch DVD in the series.

THESE ARE EXCELLENT DVD'S.THEY ARE VERY THOROUGH FROM A HISTORICAL AND MODERN POINT OF VIEW.PERSONALLY I LEARN BEST VISUALLY AND THESE "BLOKES" SHOW THE DETAIL UP CLOSE AND PERSONAL.I'VE BEEN MAKING MEDIEVAL ARROWS FOR AWHILE AND WAS PLEASED TO LEARN MORE TIPS FROM EXPERIENCED MEN.THE VISIT TO THE MUSEUM GAVE ME MORE INFO THAN ANY ARTICLE I'VE READ.IT IS ALWAYS GOOD TO GET ANOTHER SLANT ON THINGS.
