      I bought this product to make primitive arrows with and am very pleased with it. I use this sinew to hold the fletchings on my arrows and it holds up extremely well.
      another nice thing about it is that if you want smaller strands you can pull it apart if you need to.

      I started making bows about 2 years ago and had never thought about making arrows till I had to shoot on a budget. After seeing how simple, yet time consuming, arrow making is I've been carving shafts and using home made points and when you put self nocks in, feathers on and haft in points, I love this sinew. I got the 70# so I could thin it out (making it less strong) so it would go more easily between feathers and left it as is for hafting on home made trade points. Cover with a little pine pitch glue and you have a hafting that has out lived a few of my shafts. Just remember to wax it a little more to get it to stick to itself a little better, so don't forget to add the bees wax.

                      I wanted to use sinew to make a back quiver because it looks great and is very strong. It is very easy and forgiving to work with. Use caution when pulling this sinew tight with bare hands it can cut.
