Q: Rigid Formaster Sizing. Arm extended, my elbow measures 11". What size should I order? Asked on 5/22/2013 by Rod Know the answer? Answer this question 4 answers A: I would select the large . This will allow you to wear a long sleeve shirt or at least a warm layer. I purchased a large size for my 12 inch elbow. It is too snug to wear over another layer. Answered on 5/25/2013 by "No- Nickname" from Bristol , Tenn A: I would would go with the large. Answered on 5/24/2013 by Clint from 3Rivers Archery A: My a is just shy of 11" and I ordered the Medium. It is a bit snug. If you are at or near 11", I would go with the Large. I believe it will be more comfortable for you. The Rigid Formaster is a great tool and has really improved my form and shooting. I don't think you'll be disappointed. I also think the price is a bit steep for the Formaster. A couple of strips of nylon strap, a piece of string, and a clamp - that's it. It does get the job done, however. A: Get the largest size they offer and if you shoot 3 fingers under and anchor using the side of your mouth be prepared for lots of cheek slap. I think, personally, it's designed for Olympic recurve shooters who anchor some where under their chin although they might experience some neck slap. Q: how do I know what size formaster to order? Asked on 8/15/2010 by Anonymous Know the answer? Answer this question 1 answer A: Draw arm should be straight when measuring circumference around elbow. Measure at the largest part of the elbow. Strap should fit snugly around the draw arm when arm is bent in the full draw position. If strap is too large, it will slide down the arm, causing the rubber cord to be too weak to obtain optimal results. Sizing Shooting arm measurement Medium 10" to 11" Large 11" to 12" X-Large 12" to 13" Answered on 8/17/2010 by Johnathan Karch from 3Rivers Archery
