Q:
Is this glove good for split finger shooting or three under? Or both?

A:
It should work for both. I bought this not too long ago, and love it. The fingertips are nice and sturdy to help protect your fingers while shooting, and yet it has a wonderful all-around dexterity. I use split finger shooting, and have no issue. So, it should be just as fine using three under.

A:
Works for both. Really helps keep the fingers from getting pinched with the split method.

A:
It works good for both split and 3 under. it's an awesome glove to shoot
with. just be sure to get right size glove.

A:
I dont see why you couldnt use it for both. I personally use it the with the nock wedged inbetween the first two while pulling back with all 3. The leather is soft enough you could shoot it with just 2 fingers though.

A:
My hand measures 8.25" (similar snug fit) and the Medium fits nearly perfectly out of the bag. Not sure how much stretch will occur as the years wear on. YMMV

A:
I'm 8.5 and the xl is too small unless it keeps stretching. wp
Answered on 6/25/2012 by Anonymous
A:
These gloves will have some stretch to them. The small will be tight out of the box, but will fit better with time. The medium will fit better out of the box, but will loosen up as it starts to stretch.
Answered on 6/25/2012 by Justin from 3Rivers Archery
A:
My hand measures 9" using the measuring guide (from the bottom question below). Other answers to the "what size" question said to go down if you're in between. According to the chart I should wear a medium, so I bought a medium. There is no way this glove will stretch to fit. I am currently returning it for a large. In my experience, you will need to go up to the next size if you're in between.

I finger shoot a Compound bow and looking for some protection. Would this glove work? Or do you recommend a finger tab?

A:
This glove is going to give you better protection than a tab will. The nylon finger tips will still give you a great release.

does it feel restraining to have the palm covered?

A:
Our most popular gloves have the palm covered. As long as you have the sizing correct (maybe a small amount of break in time) a full palm coverage fits right against the skin and allows full motion you would normally have with your hand.

Does this glove cover the palm of the hand completely? Does the glove on the front and back to the strap at the wrist?

A:
This glove covers almost your entire hand. The only pieces of your hand that are exposed are your thumb, pinky finger and and a tiny bit of palm at your wrist. This is where the velcro strap is.
Answered on 2/29/2012 by Mark The College Student from York, PA
A:
Yes, this glove will cover you entire palm. There is a Velcro strap at the wrist that allows you to tighten the glove.

I recommend that you go with a medium. The glove should be a little tight when you get it. And then it will stretch to your hand.

Q:
What's the difference in your sizing chart between a Berlin or Damascus shooting glove? What are they?
Asked on 6/16/2011 by JMSmithy from ADK's, NY

1 answer
A:
They are just small differences between the two styles of gloves that make the sizes vary slightly. There is only a half inch difference on the chart and the Damascus measurements fall in the range of the Berlin style measurements of the same size.

They come up a little largerthan most gloves, so if you know your size order the next size down. You need a snug fitting glove to give you the best release possible.
