  • Q:

    Do the size differences accommodate finder widths, or finger lengths? I'm female, and have long fingers for my hands (the middle finger is almost as long as the palm (3" vs 3.5"). I'm concerned that it'll be too short in the smaller sizes, but too wide in the larger sizes. Which size would you recommend?

      I would probably suggest getting a medium sized tab, or possibly a large. I
      think the size differences are for both finger width and length. My middle
      finger is 3 1/8" long, and the large tab fits me perfectly. I didn't need
      to trim the leather at all, as some have stated doing. I was even able to
      stretch the finger holes of the tab slightly to accommodate my fingers
      while wearing an archery glove, in order to protect my fingers from a 90-lb
      draw longbow.

      Both, the larger sizes are going to be longer and wider. The nice thing about a tab is that you can trim it down to fit your exact hand size. If you are worried about the length of the fingers, I recommend getting a large. If it is too wide it can be trimmed down.

      Yes, the medieval leather tab is made by the same manufacturer as the bow glove. They are a close match, but being leather, is not guaranteed to be a 100% match.
